For over 18 years, the principals of Urban Design Center have provided resource development, project management and land-use consulting services for non-profit, government agency and private developer capital projects.
As the fiduciary agent of the development team, UDC manages the entire development process from concept and capitalization to planning entitlement and permit approval through to construction administration and operations management.
To date, UDC has helped manage and procure over $100 million in funding for community based projects ranging from $500,000 to $22 million. Almost all of our projects come to us with no funding, as just a glimmer in our client's eyes.
It's our challenge to develop and implement a plan to transform our client's visions into reality. A challenge we relish and have the requisite expertise to accept.
